Description
Carefully manufactured by Conté à Paris craftspeople, Pierre Noire pencils have a soft black lead that is dense, deep, indelible and matte. They are appreciated for their use on all types of supports, including paper and canvas. The pencils come pre-sharpened and are best further sharpened with a razor blade or knife.
The HB pencil scale indicates hardness and blackness, with 3B being softer than 2B and putting down more color.
