Description
Permanently flexible, matte black ground. Can be applied to a wide range of surfaces including raw canvas, wood & paper. No prior sizing needed. High carbon black pigment content. Excellent hiding power needing only one coat application. A second coat may be needed for extremely absorbent surfaces.
