Caran D’Ache Neocolor II Crayons are wax-based, lightfast pastel crayons that are softer than colored pencils, denser than children’s wax crayons and extremely responsive to a wet brush. Water-soluble, opaque and highly pigmented, these pastels provide a velvety soft texture and blend beautifully. Use them for dry or wet drawing techniques, use them alone or combine them with Caran D’Ache Pablo colored pencils for added effects.
